  Again, Another inconvenience. Not able to make deposits through the ATM. If I need to deposit cash where can I go? This is ridiculous

  Dave - Our ATMs no longer accept deposits but we recommend using the night drop deposit box at our branches. We will deposit your funds the morning of the very next business day.

  Refinanced our truck at a much lower rate than the dealer offered-friendly and made us feel like long-time members rather than new members. Highly recommend them.

  Krystal is awesome!!! She always gives excellent customer service with a smile, however I was in one day and while she was taking care of me l, another employee told her to quiet down.I believe his name was Chad. I was not only shocked but very disappointed in the way he behaved towards her. I was also embarrassed and was seriously thinking about banking somewhere else. Krystal is the reason I decided to continue banking with GulfWinds, it’s not often you get such great customer service.

  Jonathan messed up my account last year, and when I signed up for a new one they never sent me a debit card. I needed it in time for Christmas and they wouldn't overnight it for me, even though they're the ones who never got it to me in the first place. Now they're charging me $30 for a automatic payment that didn't even go through. I would think with all the horrible mistakes they've made to my account over the years they would try to correct this for me, but Haley in Member Services was beyond rude and condescending, stating that she could help me but that she WON'T. Unbelievable.

  Financed a truck there, made early payments, paid the truck off 4 years early. Went to finance a second truck, was pushed to the way side. Will never do business with these folks ever again. I wouldn’t suggest anyone deal with them. They want you to drive whatever they see fit 👎🏻

  Always a pleasure banking at Gulf Winds Federal Credit Union. Drive thru was great to handle transaction bc it is 41 degrees outside at 11a.m. on March 15, 2017. Thanks.

  I have been a member now since 2012 and I am always constantly running into problems it seems and can never get the help or support I need. I have to say I am very disappointed with this bank.
