  I would like to send my thanks and appreciation to Ms. Candace Austin. She was so helpful! The attention to detail she provided was appreciated and her customer service skills are excellent. She wouldn’t give up until she had found a solution for my problem. She really went above and beyond, I would give her 6 stars if I could.

  Kendalyn Gordon and the friendly staff at Campus USA ARE THE BEST! They've always been so pleasant to work with and always answer my questions in a timely manner. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a car loan ... the process and their rates are fantastic! I really appreciate all they do.

  I could not ask for a better bank then campus. Kendelyn Gordon is the best manager I have ever delt with. No matter what has happened in my life she has always been there with an open mind and heart. She is not only been my banker but a true friend over the years...so if you ever want a great bank with great customer service and support please stop by and check them out.   I have been a member here for a few years now and each year I appreciate Campus USA 🏦 more. ALL the staff is very pleasant and provides great service but I consider Jerald Montgomery my “personal banker”. Jerald is always there to assist me in getting things done. There are no ‘dumb’ questions ??? to him, he’s always willing to explain things in the simplest of terms. I highly recommended them for your banking needs. Gwendolyn Staten

  Every time I go into Campus USA Governor’s Crossing location I am greeted with friendly staff who are always willing to go above and beyond for their customers. Kendalyn Gordon is always so helpful in any issues I may have and always does it with a smile. I have referred a few friends who have been helped by Kendalyn and the staff there and they have all come back to me to with positive experiences.
