  Awesome staff Chelseyn was very helpful and fast getting my account set up. Got my card the same day and the rest of the staff were nice and helpful as well overall great experience.

  Pretty decent Credit Union, but it doesn't cater to the average working adult. They're branches close at 5pm Monday thru Friday and they're closed on the weekend. The ATM does not except deposits and the mobile deposit app stops working at 2pm during the weekday so, you basically have to request time off from work just to make a deposit.

  Hi Tonya! Thank you for the feedback and for being a member! One service you might consider is our night deposit boxes. If you leave your deposit in the night box, it will be processed first thing the next morning of a business day. Also, any mobile deposits done between 2:00 - 5:00pm will be processed at 8:00am the next day. If a mobile deposit is completed after 5:00pm, it will be processed at 12:30pm the next day. I hope that helps!

  I've been with Gulf Winds for 10 years now. I've never had anything but a good experience. The reason I chose this bank was because they were one of the only banks that didn't accept a government bailout when many others were going under. I like the idea that my money is in responsible hands.

  Agree with the first statement. Does not loan money even with collateral that's 3 time its worth. You need a perfect credit score. after speaking with the bank more directly they have made a 180 from when i first wrote the review. and have gone above and beyond so far
