  I can not give them enough stars. We worked with Joseph Thompson and when I tell you he knows his stuff..... this may give an example...we walked away from additional money towards closing with another company to have Joseph complete our home purchase. He made the process seamless. He had a verbal approval same day and a written one the next. The process was simple, he told us what he needed from us and we provided it. He explained the process so we knew what to expect at each stage. We even closed on our original date. AGAIN I CAN NOT give them enough stars.
