  Travis, Ayla and Desirae are phenomenal; professionally and personally. They helped me navigate, offered guidance when I asked and made the process of buying a home pretty darn simple. Travis even called me a few times just to chat and keep me updated. Very humanizing team and always a pleasure to hear from them. I didn’t feel like a transaction. Call Travis before other lenders if you’re in the market for a new home.

  Travis and Desirae made the loan process as smooth as possible. They are good at listening and finding the right solution. They also communicated well, took the time to address things in phone calls when warranted and keep a very positive attitude throughout the transaction - well done!

  We bought our home this past Summer and it was an extremely smooth and stress free experience having Travis Smart as our lender! He is on top of everything. He made sure to get all documents in an extremely timely and efficient matter, where, when it was actually time to close, there was no hassle or interruption. He made sure to make this as stress free as possible for my husband and myself. You can tell he truly cares for his clients and wants them to experience the best possible outcome. We sure did. We are very impressed with our amazing rate he was able to get us, and he even helped us change insurance companies and saved us more money. Definitely will use him again in the future.
