  Our experience with Guild Mortgage in 2020/2021 was great. Even though they were extremely busy due to the increase in loan requests, Guild was able to process our loan in a very short amount of time. Larissa and Amanda did an amazing job of making sure all our paperwork was in order and they were efficient, competent, and well organized. Guild was very good at answering all of our questions in a very timely manner. The customer service is wonderful and I really appreciated the special touches like a welcome gift, and a birthday and Christmas card! I would highly recommend them!

  The experience I had with Guild Mortgage in December 2019 was exceptional. Everyone I worked with was professional and made the processing of the loan easy. They ensured all the paperwork was in order and that there were no surprises. Everyone was efficient, well organized and competent. They were timely in answering questions and got back to you when they said they would. The customer service was impeccable and the special touches like a welcome gift, a Redbox movie or a Christmas card with ornament made the process so much more enjoyable! I would highly recommend Guild Mortgage!!

  The people at Guild mortgage were terrific! They are knowledgable and want their clients to be too. Answered all my questions and made suggestions that made it even easier. Would definitely recommend them and use them again if I ever need another mortgage.

  Guild was a pleasure to work with - very personable and friendly. They walked us through the loan process and made it as painless as possible. They also sent us a scratch off card for the Arizona lottery (we won $1.00, lol) and sent a lovely gift of tea and mugs when we moved in. Great company and people!

  Guild Mortgage Company made my dream of owning my own home a reality! Danell Riggs and her team took care of everything and made it easy on me. The mortgage payment includes the homeowners insurance and property taxes. The payment is about a third less than rent would be. I like that the office is right here in Prescott. Whenever there is something I need they are right here! I feel blessed to have Guild Mortgage Company!

  Danell and her staff, Prescott AZ, are great to work with!! They are very friendly and professional. They always kept us up to date from start to finish. We never had to worry about the smallest of details because they took care of them. Highly recommend them.
