  I was amazed how professional, knowledgeable, helpful and patient Sandra and her team were in securing funding for our new home. Sandra was extremely knowledgeable with the entire search, purchase, and funding process of finding a new home. She was willing to patiently answer any and all questions and provide insight about the entire process, even if the question was not related to funding. She quickly established pre-qualification and pre-approval to meet the fast pace of our home search. She and her team really understand customer service and were able to contact other organizations involved in the process and get answers and action when it was difficult for us to even know who to call next. I highly recommend Sandra and her team. They got the job done, and done right.

  Sandra and her team were so easy to work with. We have had "bad" mortgage officers in the past, they clearly didn't know what they were doing so this was a breath of fresh air. Sandra is very knowledgeable and gave us great info, we talked to 4 other people about a mortgage loan and neither of them were as knowledgeable as Sandra. We highly recommend her!

  I bought my first house last year but through a title company. I needed a conventional loan and to combine my truck and mortgage loan with a lower rate. The Collette team was superb! They walked me through step by step and answer all of my questions. They even gave me tid bits for the future to help me make the correct decision. Their system to receive and send documents was quick and convenient. At the end of the process they lowered my interest rate, combined my auto loan in my mortgage and got me a little extra cash out for emergency expenses. All the material stuff aside they helped me to succeed by giving me the opportunity to own my first home as a young single mom. They were amazing I recommend them to everyone!

  We really enjoyed working with Sandy. I can't speak for all Guild employees, but Sandy was absolutely excellent. She is very thorough, knows her job, understands customer stress, and gets things done. Moreover, she is proactive, has a winning personality and, perhaps most important, has a healthy sense of humor. On top of that, she's really pleasant to work with. I appreciated the humanity she brings to a field that isn't exactly characterized by its humanity. A+ for Sandy.
