  I recently purchased a home in Charlotte, North Carolina in early 2022 with the help of Taylor and Guild Mortgage. I met Taylor when I decided to attend an open house at the last minute and I knew after our first conversation that he was someone I could trust, knew the business, and most importantly - had my best interests at heart. Taylor was professionally, always available, and went out of his way to make sure I understood every detail and step of the process from start to finish. Taylor went to war for me to match (and actually exceed) a competitor’s rate to win my business. This was my second time going through the home buying process and I wish I had worked with Taylor the first time because it would have made my life a lot easier. If you want peace of mind knowing that your Loan Officer is working for your best interests and not their own, I recommend you contact Taylor Craig and not think twice about it. I never had any doubts or concerns throughout the entire process and Taylor and I actually became friends by the time we were ready to close on my house.
