  Account frozen and I have to wait until Tuesday when they open to fix it. It’s Saturday. Please get some real 24/7 customers service like other banks.

  Porshae was extremely helpful in helping to transition my car loan from VW to SFCU. She went above and beyond in every step of the way to help me! Excellent customer service and a great help!

  Unprofessional staff. Rude!! I applied for a loan and im been banking with them. I got the rate and everything then they never got back to me and i kept calling to get my contract but no response then it ended up been past a month and they wanted me to rerun my credit

  Credit union not having weekend or evening hours is a downfall. Savings account wouldn't allow me to deposit money using atm is also the craziest thing I've ever heard of! hmmm 🤔Think im going to go back to Truliant CU where I can get a checking and visa debit card. Disappointing

  I've used Sharonview for decades. They have great rates and very personal customer service. I'd recommend them over any other bank.

  University is better help you more. This one they take forever always a difficult time in here.
