  Ross and his team (Kelly, Jordan, Carol & Chris) were absolutely fabulous to work with. We had numerous questions, and a bit of a challenging file, and in every interaction, Ross and his team were responsive, helpful, professional and extremely knowledgeable. We’ve done many Mortgage transactions in our lifetime and this was one of the best experiences we’ve had. We look forward to working with Ross and his team in the future and cannot recommend them enough.

  Best mortgage experience I've ever had. Bonnie Marshall went over and beyond to help me fix my credit and get me an amazing rate. I couldn't have asked for a better loan officer. My son-in-law and daughter will definitely be using her in the future

  After missing a day of work from closing date because paperwork wasn’t turn in. We were told last minute to bring $7500 to the table when originally told $6500. Lorrie Womble is unprofessional, not the best of polite or kind. She was eating food in my ear while handling a business call. Late night calls for missed documents on her part. Overall bad communication with us about the loan! I will be glad when we refinance the loan.There’s no options for “ZERO” star because I would give her one. Guild mortgage company may not be a bad company, but Lorrie Womble loan processor is the worst.

  Over the years, we have dealt with about 10 Mortgagee Companies, and Guild definitely clasifies in the rock bottom. From the very moment we initiated our loan until we finanly got rid of them last week, it has been a bad customer experience after another.
