  Dedicated, Diligent, and Delightful! Ryan is all of those things! Ryan assisted us with my father's refinance - taking him from a 30 year mortgage (25 years to go) at 4.5%, down to a 20 year at 2.5%! We hit a couple of snags along the way due to my father's unique financial situation but Ryan was able to research and problem solve everything that came up. His communication was fantastic and by the end of this process, he really does feel like a friend!
