  My family & I recently purchased a home in Lacey, WA and we had the great pleasure working with Ron Hanson & his team. Ron is an expert in his craft and we felt whenever a roadblock prevented us from purchasing the home Ron was quickly able to find a solution. For example the appraiser required us to replace the roof which would've delayed our move in date but Ron was able to approve us to purchase the home anyways on schedule and convinced the underwriter to replace the roof after closing. As a Realtor myself, I've worked with over 100 different lenders in the Thurston County area and recommend Ron Hanson above the rest!

  Ron and his team are the "go to crew" for getting the right home loan options identified and taken care of quickly and efficiently!   I have now used Guild Mortgage twice for purchasing a home. My experience has been nothing but great! Both times I went through Ron's branch for the buying process. Each time I had so many questions through the process, but thankfully Ron and his amazing team were with me every step of the way to answer any questions I had. They are all so easy to work with, and very pleasant no matter how many questions you end up sending their way. I would 100% recommend using this branch for your next mortgage loan!

  My experience at Guild Mortgage has been by far the best I have every experienced. I came to Ron Hanson and his team through a referral from John Stormans my realtor from Greene Realty Group after our financing fell apart two weeks before our closing date. We were given misinformation from a previous lender and Ron Hanson and his team quickly took my case and not only got us a loan that was a better deal then the prior lender, but maintained our original close date. Ron Hanson's team did such an amazing job for my family and we wouldn't be in a new home without them. If you are looking for a mortgage and want someone thats professional, non-invassive, and trustworthy don't waste your time with other lenders. Go to Ron Hanson's team at Guild Mortgage, they will take care of you. And if you don't have a realtor you can trust, I highly recommend John Stormans from Greene Reality as well.   Ron and his team (Team Hanson) REALLY took care of us. I have a very confusing income stream because of multiple jobs, military, and compensation from various sources. We made them work harder than normal, we sent them curve balls and presented them a situation they never dealt with in the middle of getting the loan due to our own ignorance of the process. Ron's team never flinched, went above and beyond for us and we closed exactly on time despite me complicating it. This is the second home loan we have got from Team Hanson and will absolutely seek them out when we move to our forever home! Thank you Team Hanson, you all are AWESOME!
