  It’s been such a pleasure to work with Josiah and his team over the last few years. This was our third loan with Josiah and probably not the last! They are awesome.   Josiah at Guild Mortgage made buying our home easy and stress free. He had previously helped us with a refinance, and it went so well that we had him help us with a home purchase. He explained every step of the whole process to us, made things easy to understand, and was easy to get in touch with for any questions we had. An all around great, professional guy.   During my time as a Realtor in WA state, Josiah inherited an ongoing deal I had due to my previous LO having to take emergency leave. Anyone who has experience in the RE field knows how important having a solid lender is. Josiah quickly got up to speed in the middle of the transaction and helped us get to close without a hitch. Fast forward a year later, I personally used Josiah to help me with a refinance on my grandparents home. Also, Tessa was very helpful in organizing the logistics of the deal and making sure all documents were submitted on time. Although I was in Florida remotely working the deal, they stayed on top of things, kept me updated, and got us to the finish line. Overall, whether you're a Realtor needing a solid lender or a client needing someone to help guide you through the mortgage process, Josiah and Tessa are your people!

  Josiah was phenomenal to work with and he really got the job done for us. This was my first home purchase and He clearly walked me through the entire process from the ground up. Not only did he get me a truly amazing rate but such a fun guy to work with. An excellent communicator and very professional.
