  We have used Bob Krueger several times over the course of 10 years with our investment properties as well as my sons personal home and he's always done an excellent job. Although we have never met him in person we feel we can pick up the phone and know we will get excellent service. He always gets back to us promptly when we leave a message and often he answers immediately which is very important to us. We feel he is professional and can answer any mortgage questions we have . He has gone the extra mile when we were on a time crunch to speed the process. We would highly recommend him.

  Bob is amazing! He answered all our questions, gave us very helpful advice, answered our calls every time when we needed him and replied our emails within minutes.   I cannot say enough great things about Bob! He has helped us now with two home purchase loans and a refinance and working with him has been a delight. He brings incredible knowledge and guidance to the process as well as very prompt responses and turn-around times (which is huge in this market!).
