  Monty and his team are exceptional. I'm a real estate agent in San Francisco. I connected with Monty while I briefly worked in Sacramento. I could tell that he had that go-getter make it happen attitude, so I stayed in touch. When it came time for my mom and grandma to buy a house I called him. Their situation was complicated like most people. My SF companies preferred lender told me that they would not qualify... Monty made it happen with a low down payment! They ended up buying the perfect duplex. Monty and his team seem to be very familiar with low down payment programs. They also seem to really care about their clients. Whether you are buying a high-end home, or a first time property these are the type of professionals that you want on your side... My cousin is planning on buying a home in San Jose soon.
