  I am submitting this review because my husband and I believe that everyone looking for financing help and guidance should deal with Lynne Haney of RMS Mortgage. Our agent recommended her and we are very grateful. Lynne walked us through everything and was very patient explaining things (even for the third time!). She always returned our calls and emails very promptly and was extremely thorough going step by step as she went the extra mile for us. What could have become a very exasperating and scary process was reduced to a smooth and fluid one by Lynne and her associates. She is a font of knowledge not just regarding mortgages but of local companies and people to talk to regarding homeownership needs - and everyone we spoke to is very efflusive in their praise of Lynne.

  The mortgage process is NOT simple in spite of what a lot of advertising would have you believe. Lynne Haney at RMS understands that and she has a crystal clear and effective program to work with you through every step of the process. She is kind, patient, clear and very responsive. She helped me purchase a great house that my daughters and friends will love. Lynne even was able to get me a lower rate at the very last minute when the Fed lowered interest rates which was super impressive. I give Lynn my highest recommendation!

  Lynne made the private sale of our home a stress free experience. She gave us a heads up on everything and walked us through any questions we had. This was the second time we worked with her and will continue to work with her in the future. We highly recommend her, she was amazing!!

  My realtor had recommended RMS Mortgage and working with Lynne. The experience of selling a house to purchase another, is extremely stressful. However, having Lynne in our corner made the process much less painful. Her knowledge of this industry was so helpful; we could throw any question at her and she'd respond quickly and with the answer we needed. The best part was it felt like we were her only clients. Her attentiveness to us, quick responses, and being just a phone call away, truly made us feel at ease. I would HIGHLY recommend Lynne and RMS Mortgage to anyone going through this process.

  I have now worked with Lynne twice, once for my original loan and then just recently for a refinance. Both times Lynne made the process very easy and made it seem like I was working with a friend. I would strongly recommend working with her and RMS.
