  There is no one more thorough and helpful than Joe Gagnon and his team! This is our second mortgage with them, and they don’t skip a beat! I tend to ask a lot of questions and they are also quick to answer and clarify when needed! I have really enjoyed working with them both this time around and in the past as well!

  I recently refinanced my home with Tim Amsden at RMS and this was the best, easiest and quickest refi I have ever done! Tim responded quick, answered all questions and made the process very smooth.   Joe Gagnon and his team with the RMS group was spectacular, from the inception of our mortgage needs through the final closing, and really beyond. I hadn’t had to deal with mortgage related concerns for over thirty years. He and his team clearly explained every detail, and If I had any thoughts or questions, they were always there and responded with clear details. With this COVID / Wuhan thing, all correspondence was from a distance, and was not a problem, even with myself being technology challenged. The rates were great !! and the schedule was met spot on. I would easily recommend RMS, Joe Gagnon and his entire team. It was a great experience … Thank you ~ Gerry Violette

  Marleen is very professional, courteous, and help motivated resources book. She goes above and beyond to help you get into your dream house. Strongly recommended. RMS surprised me charging 5.75% in FHA loan product when we bought our NH house in 2017.

  Residential Mortgage Services was on the list of services my real estate agent provided my husband and I. I attempted to get in touch with one of the lenders multiple times - even texting back and forth. We would set up a time to talk, I would wait for him to call me, then I would call him, and of course no answer. When I finally did catch him on the phone, he brushed me off and set up yet another time for us. I understand we are all working from home and that can pose challenges - I myself have been working from home and also trying to purchase a new one, I get the stress here - but this guy literally set up a meeting with me, didn't answer, then texted me hours later saying "You rang?" I was so offended at my time being wasted in such a manner, I never responded. Horrible communication, your time and your business is not valued here. Stay away.

  I felt like I was dealing with the sleazy used car salesman. Avoid these guys. I reached out to a manager regarding a very unprofessional email from one of their brokers. The manager stopped responding to me within a couple of days. The broker did not have my best interests in mind, and was trying to sell me on a loan program that would have increased my costs by over $30k. The broker did not respond to my calls nor emails, and their staff was consistently selling me on trying to spend a ton of extra money on a rehab loan.
