  I worked with Kate Reagan on my home purchase recently, and she is fantastic! The process went smoothly from start to finish. She uses all of the latest technology to make e-signing and uploading documents a breeze. Kate is quick to respond to any questions, no matter the time of day. She also got me an incredible mortgage rate, the best of what I'd found shopping around.   My wife and I worked with Kate Reagan when we bought our house a few years ago. She made the entire process very easy from beginning to end. First, she came to my office to get all the initial paperwork started. She provided an outstanding rate and gave us great customer service. Even after the transaction was completed and there were times I would go back to Kate with follow-up questions about the mortgage company, she would always get back to me right away with the answer.   Think about what your most perfectest score would be for a mortgage broker. Now triple it. Kate was absolute perfection. When you buy a house there are a million moving parts - mortgage person, real estate agent, lawyer, insurance agent. And multiple people from all these different places. It’s confusing and overwhelming. Kate was seriously my calm in the storm. When I couldn’t remember who asked for what or told me to do something, Kate was always there to steer me in the right direction. I was a little hard to get a mortgage for and had been turned down by a traditional lender. Kate totally made it work. Even after my house closed, she still helped me out with a few things. She’s a miracle worker, therapist, and saint. You will do no better than Kate...for anything.
