  Jess delivered! I wanted a mortgage broker who explained loan options / details and made themselves available for our transaction relationship, which sometimes means on short notice in the home buying process. Being that this is not my area of expertise I didn’t think that too much to ask of a mortgage broker. Jess did a great job with explaining and providing written documentation, as well as availability by text or phone. Jess was very professional in his delivery of service and supportive in clarifying details. I recommend him 💯!

  Jess Defrees of Guild Mortgage led us through a very positive and stress free home buying experience. Working with a somewhat complicated situation, he saw a path that qualified our loan. He then moved forward quickly, keeping us well informed, providing answers to "more than the usual" number of questions! He kept us on track so as to close our loan on time in order to avoid any complications that a delayed closing might present. Jess was readily available, quick to respond, well informed. There were no changes in costs or fees or timing. No negative surprises. We are related to Jess and I think that adds another layer of expectation and scrutiny of performance. In conclusion, we were very pleased with this process. He made it easy on our end. I highly recommend Jess and Guild.
