Columbia Bank Reviews

Hannah Mckenna1Cannot give this particular columbia bank a worse rating. Every time I have gone through to deposit money the window person is rude, curt, and critical of how I sign my name, if its getting near closing time she doesn't like helping anyone, forces you to take several deposit slips before letting you leave. Other banks don't make you have your own deposit slip filled out, most do it for you and let you sign. Worst experiences as a customer and I won't be going back there if I can help it. Being new to this town it is very unwelcoming to be treated like garbage and given second rate customer service.

Linda Damitz2As I approached the driveup yesterday the teller extended the drawer. My driver side window slips so I pulled forward to open my door. She immediately shut the drawer and stared at me. I explained my window doesn't open and turned to put my deposit and ID in drawer. She opened the drawer I dropped my deposit in consisting of 2 checks and a $100 bill. No smile, no hello, no I'll be right back. She holds the bill up to the light then she says...so you have a $100 bill in your deposit and you want $20 back? I shook my head slowly in affirmative nod...she throws a $20 along with ID and receipt in drawer. When I reached back to retrieve my items from the drawer she began to pull it back. I dropped everything on the ground and had to back up to get it. No apology..nothing but a blank stare. So the problem is A) my deposit is my business. Perhaps I needed some change that a $100 bill cannot provide and B) I've gone through many drive up windows in the same vehicle without this problem. It's her job to be nice to customers and I've been one there since 1994. Maybe not much longer

Beth Slev3Really friendly tellers but the slowest drive thru banking I have ever experienced. I waited up to 15 minutes after I sent my checks over.
