  We purchased a vacation home in the state of Idaho in August. Traci was referred to us by another loan officer as she was licensed to process loans in that state. We were so impressed with her as she always returned our phone calls and emails the same day. She answered our questions and explained the loan process as we went along. She not only met every deadline, but stayed late to insure everything went smoothly, which it did. Traci and her team were a pleasure to work with and for any home buyer out there, we highly recommend her!

  I have now financed twice with Guild mortgage. They are fantastic! I had Stephanie as a loan officer the first time and Cathy the second time. It was great both times. The desk lady Amy is fantastic too! She knew all about where I was in the process and they were all super helpful.

  Working with Guild and their staff through difficult life challenges made the home buying process way less stressful. :) When things became confusing or difficult, they stepped in to take care of everything and made sure my interest were cared for so I could focus on other life events. I’m not a novice buyer, but even we seasoned owners need some TLC. I found that here with Guild.   Cathy Rixey is wonderful at what she does. We did our original loan on our home in 2012 and then did a refi when rates got lower. She assisted us with everything & kept us informed. Guild has been great to work with due to Cathy and her insightful knowledge.

  My husband and I cant thank Traci Dry with Guild Mortgage enough for all of her hard work. We were pretty discouraged with out house buying ability until contacting Traci.   Tracie with Guild is top Notch! The stress of buying a new home is set aside as soon as you walk in. She listens to your needs and explains every option in great detail. If you are buying a new house the need for sending in ALOT of your information (paperwork) is necessary, but Guild has a wonderful website that couldn’t be easier to use. It allowed us to upload all of our documents electronically. We feel extremely lucky to have found Tracie in this process! If you are buying a home, look nowhere else!
