  Cathy is extremely reliable and a talented loan officer. Every experience with her has always been a good one. While I was in Europe in need of advice in regards to a HELOC loan that I was dealing with, I called Cathy from Madrid and she gave me excellent advice with care and knowledge. Cathy is there for you even when you are across the world! What I enjoy about Cathy is that I know that our client is in good hands when handling a loan. I would highly recommend her to anybody in need of a home loan.

  Cathy Rixey was wonderful from start to finish. She walked us through everything step by step and kept us informed of what was going on throughout the entire process. There were no surprises. Cathy must have a ton of other clients but my husband, Brian, and I felt like we were her only ones. This wasn't a difficult process like we expected and everything went seamlessly. Guild Mortgage is local and here to serve this community. Strongly recommend to go with them if you have any questions or doubts about who to handle your mortgage!
