  I am honestly surprised this place doesn't have more reviews. Niki and her team helped both my parents and I purchase our first home and she was absolutely amazing. Niki was on top of everything, her response time is fantastic! She continuously checks to see how is everything going from the search process all the way through checking how is living in my new home. No question was a dumb one and she took the time to explain everything & made sure I understood it. I would 10000% recommend working with Niki.

  It was Friday afternoon when I contacted Guild Mortgage for a refi cash-out. Niki worked past closing time to get things moving fast, locking me in at a great rate. Her assistant Kate called me early Monday and moved things along with astonishing speed. I've never met a more cheerfully diligent people than these two ladies. Also VERY patient with all my questions. When we hit a roadblock due to my circumstances, these ladies did the seemingly impossible, maintaining the great rate and push the loan through. My wife and I can't say enough for these wonderful ladies. I would recommend them to everyone.

  My wife and I had a great experience with Guild. The overall process was easy and straight forward from the application through closing. Our loan officer kept us updated on the status of our loan and was able to answer all of the questions we had.   I have used Guild to purchase multiple properties and it’s been a great experience.   Rob and his team at Guild Mortgage are top notch! They kept me informed constantly and also stayed on top of my builder to make sure they had all that was needed so there were no delays with our closing. They truly care about their clients and it shows! Thank you Rob and Guild!

  A++++ Service from beginning to the end! My wife and I have our home and 2 investment property mortgages with Guild Mortgage! Lisa Brodersen went above and beyond for us on our loans, she works weekdays and weekends, why wouldn’t I use Guild?
