  I just wrapped up selling a rental property and doing a refinance. I've been down this road before with mortgage companies and I must say that RMS Mortgage has been the best to deal with. Julie Burner is is hands down the best in the business! Even the small details are explained thoroughly and all paperwork was done promptly so that everything was ready for settlement ahead of time. Highly recommended!

  The most disrespectful person I’ve ever talked to on the phone!!! Talked to me like I was her 12 year old son who got caught doing something he shouldn’t have been! if I could give them a negative rating I would! I’d never recommend these people to anyone!
