  As a real estate professional, I know dozens (if not hundreds) of mortgage lenders, and Cody Financial is by far the best I've worked with - by a long shot. They respond instantly to any questions and make the process incredibly simple and easy for the client. It's not uncommon for files to be fully cleared to close more than a week prior to settlement. I just completed my own refi with them, and underwriting approval was given in less than 48 hours from application, which stunned even me! Doris and her team are also just delightful people in general, which makes doing business with them all the more pleasant. If I could give them 20 stars, I would. Highly, highly recommended!

  While waiting 5 months to refinance with my previous mortgage company, I decided to look around for another company to refinance through instead. A coworker recommended Cody so I contacted them. A little over a month after contacting them I closed on my loan. I highly recommend this team for anyone's mortgage refinance needs.
