  Trustworthy, dependable and fun... What more could you ask for? Mason Dumas and his team are some of the best around! Every interaction I’ve had with them has been awesome and they always make me feel like a valued customer. Use them for all of your home loan needs... you won’t regret it!

  I do not recommend Mason Dumas or Guild Mortgage for your home buying needs. He drug his feet during my approval process, refused to answer calls from myself or my realtor and would not respond to emails or texts. He pulled credit even after he was told not to and paid no attention to my current situation. He is professional on the phone but refuses to address the situations at hand. My credit was good enough to qualify for a VA backed mortgage with down payment assistance however since he took his time with submitting my loan I missed a deadline by 2 days. He only cares about the deals that make him big money or get him pictures on the golf courses I suppose.

  As a Realtor, I've worked with many loan officers....Trey Phelps is the absolute best!! His communication is top notch and he works very hard to get things done on time. He definitely is on top of my list of lenders to refer.

  Guild Mortgage is violating the law. They are refusing to remove PMI. By law, PMI is supposed to be AUTOMATICALLY removed from conventional mortgages when the balance reaches 78% of the original value of the property. Guild is refusing to remove PMI from our mortgage even though we paid it down below 78% of the original value.
