  We used Guild Mortgage to purchase a home. Laura and her team went above and beyond for us. All communication and the short time frame in closing was excellent. They made it such an easy process for us and we had no worries at all. We will defiantly be using them again in the future! Highly recommend them.

  We used Guild to purchase our home. Laura went above and beyond for us. She discovered we were exempt from paying property taxes, when other lenders hadn't AND helped us file our exemptions with the county. She also provided an assistance program to pay for our closing costs - even had some left over to put as a down payment. Her team helped us choose a closing date that allowed us to have a longer period before we had to make our first payment. We loved working with Guild and recommend them to anyone!

  Excellent experience with guild mortgage company. Especially Mrs. Michelle Westbrook. She helped 6wirh the process from start to finish. Whatever questions I had, no matter the time she was there to help. She was very knowledgeable about everything I wanted to know. Ran into some unexpected delays and Mrs. Westbrook and guild was very patient and kept me informed through the whole process. Very good company to use with purchasing or refinancing a home. If you can go through Mrs. Westbrook. She was great. Couldn't have asked for a better guild representative!

  I have worked with Samantha Jackson on two different home purchases. She and her team at Guild do a wonderful job of communicating, and on closing. I have never had a better experience. She makes the process smooth and is a pleasure to work with! I will also note that the other person who reviewed has some really weird reviews on other places (not sure how believable the negative review of Guild is, but absolutely note believable based on my experiences).

  Samantha and her team made my home buying process so painless. Any questions I had, they were there to answer them and always in a timely manner. I definitely plan to use them in my future home purchases. They were so thoughtful and kind. On the day of closing, they even showed up with a little gift.

  Horrible. I didnt get my keys for a few days after closing the deal on the house. No one was communicating with me about why. My agent, Samantha Jackson ignored me the ENTIRE time. She wiped her hands of us after the initial consultation. She doged every single email and call. Heather did everything that Samantha was supposed to do for us. We literally never heard from her again until today when she called to try and guilt trip me when she read the poor feedback she got on the survey i did. She tried to tell me how it wasnt her fault that she didnt handle our case because she was hospitalized in December. Ok??? We started gunning for the house October 24th. We did our initial consultation with her within that week.. then never heard from her again. So where was she for all of November when all the stuff was actually going on and heather was taking care of us? Everything was done and just waiting for the day of closing by the time she had i guess gotten hospitalized. What a joke.
