  I had the privilege of working with Jamie Cooley and his team over the last couple of months. My wife and I just purchased our first home. Mr. Cooley and his team made this transaction very easy and smooth. They were always available when we had questions. Mr. Cooley would provide regular updates about the status of our loan. Mr. Cooley was very knowledgeable and helpful. They even got us a lower mortgage rate than we expected and could find elsewhere. The PMI was also lower than my original estimate. I will use Mr. Cooley and his team again when the time comes to purchase a home in the future!
