  Lori Ferreira was so easy to work with! We're first time homebuyers and the loan process seemed very daunting to us. Lori and her team were so informative and helpful throughout the entire process! We're so thankful we were able to work with Lori and her team at Guild Mortgage! Laura McGuinness and Tracy Morley were so so helpful also!! I don't know what I would've done without their guidance and knowledge!

  After going through 2 mortgage companies and being told we didn't make enough money, we found Jay with Residential Mortgage and having him as our Mortgage broker was the best move we ever made, we were able to achieve our goals and got our dept ratio so low and our credit score to very good, that we were able to finance a house at 3.25%. I was so pleased at how honest and upfront Jay was with myself and my wife, being our first time as buyers, and having everything go so smoothly made our experience exciting and fulfilling. So glad we took the plunge! We have now been in our home for 1 year thanks to Jay. Forever grateful Michael & Darlene Troila

  We couldn't have dreamed of a better mortgage experience. Within the hour of applying for pre-approval, an agent contacted us to ask if we had any questions or concerns. We were floored since it was a Sunday afternoon! RMS is incredibly responsive, answering all our emails quickly and thoroughly. Their app walked us through everything and made uploading and seeing documents so easy. It was great at prompting us when there was a new "task" which was so helpful in getting everything done on time. We never felt pressured; the entire process and everyone we worked with made us feel so comfortable. All their hard work and preparation made our closing quick and simple. I would 100% go with RMS again!

  If you are looking for the best rate in the area, call Jay Vogel! I have to tell you I’m not the easiest client to deal with as I ask a million questions trying to get everything done just perfectly. I got a reference from my realtor. He is the person you can trust. But I checked the rates with other mortgage brokers in case if I could find an even lower rate. No, Jay gave me the best one! I was in the market for over 6 months, talked to several mortgage companies, checked a ton of materials on the topic. And I’m 100% sure that I made the right choice. Jay Vogel is The Professional! Highly recommend!

  I cannot say enough good things about RMS! Marleen, Vicky, and Holly worked tirelessly to close our loan in less than 30 days. They were responsive, kind, and professional. Vicky even stayed on a call with our home insurance provider for over an hour on a Friday to ensure we could close on time. I would highly recommend RMS and will be recommending them to my friends and family!

  Jason Lavallee was an incredible help and extremely informative in assisting me with my first mortgage application (full disclosure I ended up going through another company but Jason was still willing to help navigate the process).
