  I have been working with Mike and Mary and Tom and other members of the Allanach family for many years - this mortgage company is family-owned, licensed in multiple states throughout New England (and elsewhere), they have all of the programs (VA, FHA, rehab) - but most importantly they are local and members of our community. I always advise clients to keep it very local when getting a mortgage - for all of your mortgage needs give the Allanachs a call, they are great people and great at what they do!

  HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! CUSTOMER SERVICE ZERO! In the 2months we dealt with them they never updated their rates on the website until I called the teamsters to complain about this and how horrible they are to deal with. We had to keep calling to get the rates and they wouldn't call back half the time. I was also told "I have no idea what the rates are today or whether they are up or down. It was all over the news they went down. We kept submitting the same paperwork over and over again and over again!! I should have gone by the review which was bad! When I told them I was going to write a review about how horrible they are to deal with suddenly 2 good reviews showed up don't trust them!! They didn't even know their home appraiser never showed up until we should have closed and the realized they didn't have the appraisal report. Because of all of their delays 60days had past so now they said we needed to resubmit the paperwork again!! So many other things too much to write. Steer clear they are HORRIBLE!!!!! Beware!! I received an email with several other people’s personal information!!!! I emailed them about it but never heard back!! Clearly the email was meant for someone else but it was sent to me and who knows who else!!

  Excellent service, Sunitha was very responsive, easy to work with and was able to easily accomodate our change with closing timeline. We were able to get the best rate and close the refi much sooner than what i anticipated. Very pleased working with them and would definately recommend them.

  Horrible horrible communication save yourself the headache and find another mortgage lender. These people have cost myself and others hundreds of dollars because they couldn’t go the extra mile for their client. They also NEVER answer their phone or say it’s broken.
