Kevin Kline2They get you a loan at an average rate. The gripe I have is that they sold my mortgage to a no-name BS company. I know this is common practice in the industry, but I didn't even make my first payment before they sold my mortgage. That just blows my mind. You try to deal with a local and reputable company and they pawn you off on a bunch of bums.

William Elmgren1I can't say I had a bad experience. It's more like no experience. I was convinced by my realtor to apply for a home loan here. I applied for a loan on December 17th it's been almost 2 months and I have not heard anything regarding the status of the pre-approval. No communication after the first two days. If you have lots of time to waste then this is the company for you.
