  Debbie and the rest of her team were able to help us as first time homebuyers. They explained everything very thoroughly which helped a ton, as we haven’t done this before.   Lisa Koompin was an excellent loan officer for us. She knew her stuff and made it quick and easy. She helped us understand the hole process from beginning to end. She explained percentages, numbers, best rates and what was going to be best options for us.   We absolutely love Nuru at Guild Mortgage, he was so amazing to work with, he makes sure your comfortable with the whole home buying process and is very knowledgeable. He always kept us in the loop with every little detail and we especially love how he got us approved after our first loan fell through for our beautiful home we had built. He gave us the second chance we needed to be able to raise our family in our dream home and we will forever be thankful to him.
