  My experience with Guild Mortgage was WONDERFUL. I was assisted by Melissa Condensa from START to FINISH. From my loan approval to my closing date,Melissa was mega-professional,informative, and always promptly communicated. If I had any questions Melissa addressed them(even on WEEKENDS) Overall my whole loan process went well and the other Guild representatives handling my account were GREAT. I HIGHLY recommend Guild Mortgage.

  Melissa Condensa there aren't enough star I could give you and how grateful I am for you. You were there holding my hand through the whole process. You explained everything when I had questions, even late in the night. You called when I was stressed out and ready to give up. I was a first time homebuyer and you didn't treat me any different, you didn't hide any information and just say "sign this, sign that" you walked me through the process and I am forever grateful you have been put in my life for this home buying process and will always recommend you and your company for my friends and family.

  I recently bought my first home. Me and my wife were concerned about the house payment. Kimberly with Guild told us about a tax credit we could get which would allow us to get about $120 a month. She said that she would give me something to give to my employer. Our first house payment is about to be due so I emailed her about the credit and got no respond. I got my realtor to reach out and found out that they didn’t file the paper work. The big issue that I have is that I was never told that they decided on their own not to file the paperwork and second I still haven’t received an apology or response. They were nice people but this was very un professional and I would recommend using a lender with more integrity. I’m not typically one to complain but I feel very wronged

  Jnell Wimmer is a pleasure to work with when going through the steps to apply for a mortgage. Jnell is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of approaching a mortgage. She is extremely patient and understanding when explaining the necessary elements of securing a mortgage.   Mr. Roberto Núñez is very harassing, sending emails every time. I sent several asking them to stop sending and continue. My loan could not be approved but they still send a message. I hope it stops
