  Carlene​ Shannon all I have to say is start here with her if you're looking for a Mortgage! Just a great experience all around with her and her team. As a first time home buyer there was a lot of information and plenty to learn. Carlene made the process simple, they were professional, timely (answered questions after normal hours 10pm), friendly and thorough. The type of experience where you walk away with a smile on your face.

  I've worked with Carlene at RMS to purchase my first home in 2014, and again more recently to purchase my next home...and If I ever need another mortgage or to refinance in the future I know I'd work with her again. Carlene was so quick to reply to all of my questions, her and her team at RMS made securing a mortgage by far the easiest part of the home buying process. The RMS app made managing and submitting documents super easy, and I really appreciated the personalized videos that explained each step of the loan application/underwriting process.
