  I approached Brian Taylor after having a falling out with another mortgage broker. I was in a tough situation where I felt very uncomfortable with the structure of the deal (to the point where I actually rescinded a refinance). Brian and his team seamlessly turned the entire situation around. I did 2 transactions with New England Home Mortgage - a refi on an investment property and a purchase of another investment property. Both transactions went smoothly and quickly given the volume of mortgages cycling through banks these days. The interest rates offered were competitive even after I shopped extensively with multiple lenders. The delta between the previous situation and this one was at least $20k less I needed to bring to closing. That's a huge difference. Nothing but good things to say about Brian Taylor and his staff. Look forward to working with New England Home Mortgage again.
