  My husband and I are extremely satisfied with our experience with Guild Mortgage Company. This was our first time buying a house and they walked us through each step. Amy and Sara were the two ladies who handled our loan application and they just went above and beyond to make sure we stayed informed. They were quick with response on any questions the whole process. I feel that we were treated with some of the best customer service I have ever encountered. I never felt like it was about another account with these ladies. I would recommend them to friends, family, or anyone looking at buying a house. They are truly the best at what they do and can't believe how easy they made the home buying experience feel.   I had the pleasure of working with Richard and Sara and they are hands down the best! They were very knowledgeable and thorough with each step of the process for refinancing my mother's home.   Richard Key and Sara Cope truly made my home buying experience stress free and painless. Between the both of them, I always received a response to any question I had, within an hour, if not immediate. I never had to follow up with them on anything or check the status of my loan application to know where I was at in the process, as I was given updates weekly, without asking. My closing went exactly as scheduled from the very beginning. Would recommend them to anyone 100%!

  If you are looking to buy a house I highly recommend using Guild Mortgage. We had very little time to close on a house with a baby due any day and Richard Key, Sara Cope and the rest of the team at Guild went above and beyond to exceed our expectations with time to spare. As a first time home financer, I was nervous but Richard went out of his way to explain every document to me and put me at ease. Thanks to them our kids have a wonderful home to grow up in.

  Hi everyone! First, I'll begin by saying, this was my first home buying experience, and with all of the usual stress that comes in the process, the team that handled my case is amazing. Not only are they competent and professional, they are some of the most caring people that I have met, I served in the Army for over 20 years, and I've met many people. If you have certain issues regarding buying a home, don't worry, the "Guild" team doesn't work miracles, but I promise they will do everything ethically and legally possible to make your dream come true! You will be taken through the process step by step, they work hard, long hours for their clients, oh, and never once will you get the feeling that you're just another "sell". I am a true, living, and grateful witness of the dedication this company has to their clients. You want it done right, go "GUILD MORTGAGE"!!!!

  This is the second mortgage I've done in my lifetime and it was the best experience I've had in customer service among any company. I gladly endorse this company for your mortgage lending needs. They are so kind and always available. I had an excellent experience experience with Bobby Haskin and Katelind Cumings there. The key was their communication. Everything was clearly outlined and no hidden fees. As a military member, it is always nice to find a company that is not trying to take advantage of you. Thank you Guild Mortgage!

  Marcus Coyle and his team at Guild Mortgage went far "above and beyond" to help me with the purchase of my new home. The home I was selling went under contract very quickly and shortened the amount of time I had to close on a new one.
