  This has been the worst experience I ever had the loan officer doesn't answer emails, texts or return phone calls. I put in a application in March and still haven't heard from Harriet I see a lot if good reviews but I know I can't be the only one that's being ignored. This isn't professional for any company or client.

  Great first time home buying experience. Harriet walked me through every step of the way and assured me when I was freaking out lol . buying a house especially your first can be very nerve-wracking but she kept me calm and informed to me throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend her and her services versus a big corporate bank.
