  From start to finish, RMS was wonderful to me when I was buying my condo! Not only was Chad himself exceptionally fast and responsive to phone calls and emails, but his entire team was amazing to work with and represent RMS well. The approval process was fast and easy, their secure messaging system is a breeze to navigate, they anticipated and/or resolved issues before I even knew they were issues, and their communication with my realtor and all other key players (bank, insurance agent, etc.) meant I was stressed out exactly ZERO times. They were even able to close my loan earlier than originally anticipated! That's teamwork.
