  Trevor and his team have helped me fund 3 mortgages over the past 2 years. Each time, they were nothing short of fantastic. They went above and beyond to ensure that we would close on time. Two of the loans were for non-owner occupied properties, which can be tricky with requirements. They didn't miss a beat and have everything ready early.   Recently refinanced my mortgage through Trevor and his team at RMS. I remember discussing different options with Trevor, then uploading a few documents electronically and filling out a simple online application. Next thing I know, I get an email from the attorney scheduling the closing... The entire process took less than 3 weeks and it was so smooth that I didn't even know when it started and when it ended. I'm certain that it's all due to the level of professionalism and expertise Trevor and his team bring to the table, along with dedication and the hard work behind the scenes that made the entire process feel seamless. Trevor is patient with his clients, diligent in his work, and applies the appropriate pressure to our office to ensure that his clients meet their finance contingency deadlines and closing dates. In many cases he has the finance commitment and clear to close ahead of schedule. I have worked with most loan officers in central MA and none do a better job than Trevor.

  Trevor is FANTASTIC to work with! We recieved a recommendation from our realtor to contact Trevor in regards to applying for a mortgage. We wanted to use our own bank, so we went that route 1st. The mortgage our bank offered us came with stipulations we weren't comfortable with. We were discouraged and sent Trevor an email that night. Within minutes of receiving our email, he called us and went right to work getting us a mortgage that worked for us. He was friendly and dedicated. He was able to get us exactly what we were looking for and we couldn't be more pleased! He is prompt when responding to emails and is always available when you need him.
