  I could not recommend working with Alex enough! We have used him for three different loans; starting out as first time home buyers, a refi and the purchase of our dream home! He’s always incredibly responsive, flexible, and attentive. Our most recent home purchase had some last minute hiccups getting to the closing table, Alex went out of his way and even showed up at the property location to ensure we were able to close on time! We are incredibly thankful for all of his expertise!

  Alex Milani is the best! Very polite, honest and professional mortgage loan officer. I worked with him on 2 occasions and I was pleasantly surprised in both time. He was able to complete my mortgage loan for less than 30 days. And a few days ago, I was able to refinance my mortgage, getting a great recommendation from him.   I have used GSB (Alex Milani) on purchases/refis since 2014 and just completed another refi (Jan 2022). All purchases and refinances have been seamless and simple. It is a plus that Guardian services the loans, there are no unexpected fees/transactions. Highly recommended.

  Best Mortgage team around! Alex Milani was able to finalize his portion of our Mortgage paperwork before our 14 day inspections window was over. We were able to close in 3 weeks, in the middle of a pandemic just in time for Thanksgiving. Other companies were taking over 60 days! Guardian services everything in-house, offered the lowest price and was honest about what we truly did and didn’t need in the home buying process. Alex was a text or phone call away throughout the entire process. His organization, communication and openness throughout allowed us to be in our new house in record time!
