roberta gray5I was having difficulties with the Guardian app for several days. I was on the phone with several representatives from Guardian and At&t thinking something was wrong with my service. My frustration was at an all time high ! So I decided to drive over to the Waukesha location and try to get some answers. I was greeted and the woman behind the counter said "I can help you". I started telling her my dilemma and she was quick to respond and very knowledgeable on what she was doing. Her name was Jessica and I felt like she had really taken care of my situation. I appreciated the time she gave me and felt like she went above and beyond. So thank you Jessica

Kevin James1I will be banking with someone else from now on. I’ve been a member for over 12 + years and have had it with the overdraft fees. They have the highest overdraft fees out of any credit union. And good luck getting at least one waived. You know the reason that overdraft fees happen right? And the smartest solution is to bury the member with more fees so you can’t crawl out of the negative hole. Stay far away!!!

Stephen Sinclair1As a loyal customer of Guardian I’m dissatisfied with the customer service as of late. The mobile check deposit doesn’t work and they give no explanation. They canceled my debit card and can’t tell me why. They also don’t bother to open the Waukesha office until one in the afternoon. It’s very unfortunate they were once excellent in service

Our Waukesha branch continues to operate with limited lobby hours due to staffing, but our drive-thru is operating with regular hours. We look forward to increasing the lobby hours at our Waukesha branch as staffing permits.

The customer service at this location is out of this world better than every other location I have been to! Toya and Olivia are absolutely incredible, their team work is impeccable and the smiles and laughs they send out are contagious! These girls rock beyond words!! Michael Lenz5I went through the drive-thru today and was greeted by Toya with a warm smile and engaging conversation. She was extremely helpful and was able to facilitate my transaction to accommodate my situation. I must also give Olivia recognition as who also greets with a warm smile and was the one who helped me understand the policies of Guardian. Both ladies used my name in the transactions...always a sign of interest and well received. There are many service providers out there. Those providers who employ people with an aptitude of customer service will gain and keep customers. Great job today ladies!

Doug McMahon5It is obvious to me that Waukesha Branch Manager Toya Massa understands not only how to deliver great customer service, but how to ensure her team does the same. I've had two recent business account transactions that that required a little more paperwork and time on her part than the average visit. Each time Toya made sure she/we had as much done ahead of time so that the actual visit to the branch was quick and efficient. She asked questions to make sure the details were correct in advance so there were no delays in processing our requests. Her demeanour is always upbeat, positive and happy. If Guardian CU is training new staff or Managers, they should learn under Toya's guidance for a little while!
