  Me & my daughter had to wait outside for public transportation to arrive in 30 minutes. My daughter needed to wash her hands so we went inside and asked to used the restroom. The woman said they don't have a public restroom. So I asked her to just be human and let my kid wash her hands. Negative. I'm sure if I had an account here they would let me use their bathroom. Like I'm irritated about the lack of compassion these people showed. If I could rate a zero I would. And I'll never do business with these people

  Open but not really! Guardian bank says they are open until 9:00 pm. What they should say is they are open for only certain types of transactions. Their customer agents are trained very well to dispute this, however you are either "open" or "closed", and this is a very misleading and questionable business practice.

  Very friendly staff. I am always greeted by first name in the drive through or lobby. By far above and beyond when it comes to customer service.

  Olivia was very rude to our company. She has horrible customer service skills in my opinion. I really feel bad that She forces herself to work at a job she clearly hates. I hope she realizes how unprofessional she is and then uses her skills at McDonald's where she belongs imo.
