      Rudest security guard ever! I will never go back to this Bank of America because of him! He was rude not only when I got there, but also as I was leaving. The staff was friendly, but the wait was unreasonably long. The security guard has no reason to be rude as I greeted him with a smile and a “hello, how are you today?” his attitude and responses to me were uncalled for, and for that reason I will drive whatever distance is necessary to avoid this place. I treated him with respect but that is not what I received in return. Overall, he ruined my experience with this place, and hopefully he gets over whatever makes him think it is acceptable to treat customers in the way he acted towards me.

      Everytime i go, there's only one or two tellers and the lines are always so long they end up outside

      The location is difficult to access, but that is a problem with all of the businesses along that block of Ashley and Patterson streets. The parking lot is tight and rather steeply sloped, but has entrance/exit to two different streets. The staff was extraordinarily helpful and friendly, which seems to a corporate policy as I have found the same to be true in other locations around the country. There was a wait time of less than 5 minutes to set up a new checking account. The staff who assisted me followed up on my satisfaction by email later the same day. There is an ATM and a Drive-Thru service available here, as well as the full-service bank itself.

      This bank fails to accommodate customer needs. I have been trying to get the hours for the holiday According to your telephone recording, because there appears to be no way to speak with a human, no changes have been made for the 4th of July. Lines at this place go out the doors on a Saturday. If your customers have that much need, open the drive thru and staff the entire teller line. Perhaps you might consider adding extra hours to Fridays. Please note, I do not, and would not, do business with your company but my landlord does. There have been few times in the last many years when the staffing at this facility has been equal to need. The drive thru, at lunchtime, has one teller. The parking lot is a fiasco. I have never waited 40 minutes in any other bank to deposit money. Look around. See all the people? They are your customers. Serve them!

      Worst customer service ever. We are out $4000.00 last year because they lost it in a wire transfer. After months of battling they never gave us the money they lost back. How is that even legal??? Also, trying to get foreign money exchanged on 11/04/20 and cannot get anyone to answer the phone or even call back for 2 days. If I could give negative stars I would...corrupt bank with no liability to it's customers. Go local!

      I dread everyday that I have to go to this bank. It does not matter what time you go there is always a line out the door with 1 teller working the window. I do not understand you closed the branch down town which would mean more business going to the other branchs why would you not staff that way. Then the employees are so rude they see 13 people, not including myself, standing in line and they just look up at us and ignore the people in line and walk to the back. You do not have a drive thru why would you need to be back there especially if you have that many people in line. Help your customers we are who pay your salary. I myself witnessed that day 3 people close there accounts because the service there is so terrible. If it was not for the fact that my husband has banked with them for so long and that he never has to actually go to the bank because I take care of that part I would drop them in a heartbeat. Pay attention to your customers we are the reason why you are there. If you do not want to take care of us then do not even go to work.

      How long does it take a manager to observe and figure out what a person who walks in can immediately see needs to be done about changing to make a process flow much quicker? Maybe you don't have to stand in line that starts at your entrance door to realize (that at certain times of the day) maybe you should designate ONE teller as a merchant window and allow the rest of your customers that have much quicker (normal) transactions to process at the other teller windows. Or when you see the line winding to your entrance door that it's time to open another teller window. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to figure this kind of stuff out.

      Line was short but the service is very slow. Most of the employees don't know what they are doing so they have to ask other employees or a manager for help! Very slow service here!! My transaction was completed but it took a very long time!!! My transaction was very easy and simple one, I didn't need a complicated transaction but again the employees take a long time and are not familiar with the computer system in front of them so they have to ask the person next to them or a manager to get it done! Won't be coming here again for any transaction, I cant imagine what they will do of it was a complicated transaction!! Good luck!!
