  Mr. Robert Marciano has great customer service and people skills. He always has a quick turn around time when responding to my telephone calls. If I ever have any issues he resolves them right away. He keeps me updated and gives me the status of my accounts on a regular basis. He is also very knowledgeable regarding credit repair and gives professional advice on how to keep a good credit score rating. I continue to refer customers to GMC for assistance and everyone I send to him is so impressed with his knowledge level and professionalism. GMC truly has an asset to their team by employing Mr. Marciano.

  The sent my creditors letters once, but kept charging my card, the only thing they did was wake up my freakin creditors and now I'm getting phone calls and letters, no I would not recommend this company.

  ​ ​Hello Mandy D, I am sorry​ you had a bad experience with another company, but​ you may have got us confused with another company. ​I hate to say this but when our CRM shows​​ no where in our system​ your name, phone number, transaction history or receipt, or email in our system as ever having an account with GMC. ​All information you have provided does not ever pull up any account in your name or match up to anyone else. ​Now I would love to assist you and also clear up any misunderstanding of our business with another company, but as you can see we definitely are not the one you had Bad experience with. ​Negative reviews we address if you were our client, and definitely leave as well as positive reviews, but please make sure you're leaving reviews for the right company. ​We only get 5 and 4 star reviews for we are a highly​ A+​ Accredited business with the Better Business Bureaus and as you can see highly recommended by many other past clients​ and lenders nationwide​.​ ​We take our clients very seriously and are more than a Credit Repair company. For if you would have been a client, you would have also been in our credit rebuilding program as a client, Credit Education program and Credit Rebuilding program. Also you would have got updated emailed assessments every 30-35 days, and also have portal access 24/7/365, New disputes get sent Automatically EVERY 35 days due to FCRA allowing creditors and CRAs up to 30-35 days to respond to disputes. This is Automatic and can not be missed even with our CRM Softwares does it Automatically. So this definitely is not us for it would be impossible to not have disputes sent out automatically every cycle.   I been dealing with this company a year now. They are Great Credit Repair I had in main years. They take time in repair your credit for your future n remove everything that will hurt your score. U can't go wrong at all with this company. Keep up the good work!!

  Guard My Credit Services is a wonderful Credit service highly recommend it to everyone. They got my credit score up to high 700 and lower 800 with all three credit bureau’s. Highly recommended can’t go wrong.
