  Aimee holds the highest standard of customer service and integrity I have experienced in a Mortgage Lender in all my years of Real Estate. I rest knowing my client's best interest is protected when they choose Aimee as their loan officer. Even though typically Aimee can give my clients excellent rates, a few times in the past she referred them out to another lender could offer them a better deal! Who does that? Exactly! Impressive customer care and integrity. If I could give her 10 stars I would! Thank you Aimee!

  I have been working with Aimee MacIlveen for many years now. She is very knowledgeable about mortgages and really knows how to make things happen! We refinanced with Guaranty Trust about 2 years ago and got an excellent rate and excellent service! She also helped my son to buy his first home! Aimee makes the whole mortgage process enjoyable rather than the usual drudgery that it sometimes can be. She is great about keeping you informed every step of the process!   My wife and I met with Aimee when we just beginning to think about buying a house. She was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She explained the process of getting a home loan in a way we could easily understand. We knew what we could afford in terms of monthly payments, but had no idea how that translated into a home value. It was a really big load off our minds to know what we could afford before we started falling in love with houses. I would recommend her to anyone!

  We worked with Aimee to purchase our home this past January. Aimee was full of knowledge and truly went above and beyond what we had previously experienced in the purchase of our first home. We had multiple 'things' come up and Aimee was on top of it and communicated promptly and was able to get us to close on our home when we wanted to despite the seller delaying things. I cannot recommend Aimee at Guaranty Trust enough. As business owners, we know how hard it is to find someone you can trust to represent your business. Thus, Aimee should def be recognized for her hard work! I will use Guaranty Trust in the future when I purchase another home.
