  I used my Netspend card to withdraw money $240 from this bank. The atm dispersed $80 and dropped $160 down in the machine. I called the bank on Monday. Told them what had happened. I was told I would have to wait until they could go out and check the ATM. It would be a few days because it took 3 employees to check it at one time and they did not have that many working!!! I called back a week later and they found $160 down in the machine. But I needed to call Netspend and start a paper trail and I did! A month and a half later I called the bank back and tell them Netspend is showing $240 was dispensed.. in which it was but the ATM dropped $160 (and was found in the bottom of the ATM machine by bank employees.). The bank said they need a copy of transactions from Netspend showing I only rec’d $80!!!!! Netspend can NOT show that! It was the banks machine that malfunctioned and the $160 was found by the bank but I was told since Netspend cannot show the $160 was dropped I lose my $160! I am on disability w/a traumatic brain injury and had got a $500 loan to pay some bills and the money was put on a Netspend card. I lost the $160! This is NOT right!

  Ryan Small and his team are excellent to work with. He always goes above and beyond to exceed my expectations. Their banking app is super convenient and easy to use. If you need to go to the local branch you are always greeted with smiling faces and helpful attitudes!

  The Longview branch is a great bank to do business with. This has been my first experience with Guaranty (I have a business account there) and it has gone very well. They helped us with a LOC for a new business and have been very attentive to the needs and requirements of a new business. They are what a bank used to be - they don't run their business from a spreadsheet. They actually know how to listen and understand a business plan. This is a great bank for any local business person to be at.
