  Easiest refi ever! Paul Constantine and Heather Miller are fantastic; top notch service. Paul understood what we wanted to accomplish and worked hard to ensure we got the best rate available. He explained all the options and their relative pros/cons. Great user friendly website to complete your application and upload documents. Highly recommend.

  They use this "Simple" for documents, and it has messed up so many times. I had to upload our docs 3 times. Nice people, but go elsewhere until they get rid of this "Simple" document handling!!!

  I worked with Marjory Johnson and Alison Levardi to do a refinance on our home and they were OUTSTANDING!!! I couldn't ask for a better experience.   Heather Miller did a great job with the loan to purchase my new place. She offered me a better rate than other companies I spoke to and was able to get the loan done quickly so we could close early. I would use Atlantic Home Loans again in the future.

  Why five stars? Because the scale doesn't go to ten. We recently closed on the purchase of a lake home and late last year completed a refinancing transaction on our primary residence. Both transactions were financed through AHL. Paul Constatine and the entire AHL Team are experienced professionals who, despite the simple online application and documentation process, are engaged through the entire process, answer questions and are personally invested in ensuring a positive customer experience.   I just closed on a refinance with Marjory and her team at Atlantic Home Loans. This is the 4th loan she has helped me and my family with and, once again, went above and beyond to see that we were taken care of. Knowledgeable, friendly, great communication, and they work with you like you are their only client, even when you know they are super busy. I wouldn't take my business anywhere else, and highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or refinance a home.

  Not sure what the previous review from 6 months ago is all about. Marjory Johnson was awesome and kept us informed. When the VA dropped the ball, she picked it back up and made sure we got an answer. I highly recommend Marjory, and her team, from Atlantic Home Loans.
