  Absolute worst experience of all time. Not just worst mortgage company, worst company I have ever dealt with period. Changed rate weeks before closing. did not show up for closing. Constant miscommunications on insurance., errors on their end. Worst customer service response. Took from escrow 3x erroneously. Best day ever when Chase Mortgage took over account.

If you want quick, professional, communicative teams from a Broker company? Guaranteed Rate are No.1. Not only have they helped me with property purchases, but they've introduced me to my entire team to help me get to the finish line. Katelynn Kipp who works with Laura, is on her game. What's more important, is the time they take to educate you on the process, and to make sure that you actually understand everything that is involved in the process of purchasing a home, or refinancing. For me, customer service is the most important element to getting what you need. You make a call, they pick up the phone, or they are quick to call you back.
