  My Husband and I had a seamless first time home owners experience thanks Laura and her team. She was very knowledgeable about the mortgage industry - and though the mortgage process is never an easy one, she certainly made it so for us. Her assistant Katelynn was phenomenal as well, she was able to break down the fancy mortgage lingo so that we could understand the process better. Laura and Katelynn both made themselves available to assist us whenever we needed them, which my husband and I truly appreciated. We are very happy in our new home and appreciate all the hard work they did to get us the best rate!

  I don’t even know what to say about this woman! Laura Staerker is the hardest working woman in the mortgage broker business. Going through the process of buying a house can be very stressful, but working with Laura made it like we weren’t even buying a house. She took All that stress away! This is our second house that we bought through Laura and I would NOT pick anybody else to go through. We’ve had many laughs and jokes along the way but when it got time to crack down and get to business, I wouldn’t want anybody else in the drivers seat! Hands down the best! And would work with laura any day of the week!

  My husband and I have worked with Laura 2x’s now first as a fist time home buyer and the second was new construction. She and her team have been amazing!! Emails, texts and phone calls are always prompt and professional. I have to say she’s truly a friend! She’s the best of the best! Couldn’t have asked for better experience!!

  The relationship I expected to have with my mortgage lender was not what I got when working with Laura. She was phenomenal at first when trying to go through her application process but shortly after she was very readily available for me to speak with her about questions I was receiving from multiple realtors. When I finally had enough I sent one last email letting her know I would probably be moving on which I didn’t want to do but she made the finally statement to me that I should just work with someone else then because she is busy with other clients and or family which is completely understandable but not ALL DAY . I can show proof of numerous of unanswered text and emails or responses of I’m busy. If you are truly a first time home buyer and want less stress she isn’t the lender you want to work with at all. Too top it all off I sent about 3 clients her way who weren’t even able to get get a response after having there credit ran. I hope this can help someone who wants a less stressful first time experience. She has completely ruined the experience of buying my first home. We have lost out on 4 opportunities to buy amazing homes because of not getting response. Save yourself the heartache , tears and stress by using someone else or do what I didn’t do and be cautious if you absolutely need to work with her.
