  We have purchased multiple properties and had a mortgage broker we liked, but Christian was highly recommended to us as a local broker. We reached out to Christian on a weekend and he responded right away. Our transaction was complicated and included a 1031 exchange. After speaking with him, we decided to go with Christian for this mortgage. He and his team were amazing. Hands down the best we have worked with. Incredible service throughout and our transaction was complicated, became delayed, and he was helpful every step of the way making sure we kept the best rate. But he also had our best interest in mind, even outside the mortgage, and was very helpful when we needed to keep our timeline on track and close under challenging circumstances. I would highly recommend Christian to anyone, and he will be our forever mortgage broker.

  What a great lending experience!! Loan and mortgage terms are like Greek to me, so working with Jeff was a godsend.   Jeff's team is truly exceptional. I've worked with them over several years for multiple refinances. They are fast, processing documents quickly and answering questions as soon as I ask them via email, phone and text. They are knowledgeable and accurate, they know exactly what they are talking about and they understand the loan process and products very well. I have had to teach other lenders about front and back-end dti ratios myself... That would never happen with Jeff's group, I completely trust them. Jeff has so much integrity that he has even advised me to go with other lenders when he knew it was in my best interest. He truly wants what is best for his clients.

  I can't even begin to explain how helpful Jeff and his team were in our recent home purchase!! I wish I had found him a year ago when we purchased our first home. First, Jeff is the most responsive lender I've worked with (and we definitely shopped around). He/his team respond to emails and calls SO quickly - which is so helpful during the whole process. He also was able to get us the best rate we found across a few different lenders. His team was so fast (doing all of the prep work ahead of time) that we even got our keys the day we wired our down payment. Last, after our deal closed, Jeff took the time to write a detailed breakdown of what to expect for our first mortgage payment and any upcoming taxes. I'm so grateful to have found a lender that puts our needs first and made this entire process feel easy for once. Will 100% be using him in the future!

  Jeff was highly recommended to us by a friend. He was easy to work with and extremely responsive.
